Do you want to return or exchange a product of good quality?
According to the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, within 14 days from the date of purchase you have the right to return goods of proper quality.

It should be remembered that in order to return or exchange an item, you must preserve its presentation and not use it. An exchange of goods of proper quality is carried out if it has not been used and if its presentation, consumer properties, seals, and labels have been preserved. Therefore, if, for example, you purchased a product, used it and used it for its intended purpose, then you will not be able to return the product, since it is already a used product.

This is stated in Article 9 of the Consumer Protection Law.

It is not possible to return an already used product unless it is defective.

Description of good quality product:

product without mechanical damage
all labels, markings, factory seals and all protective films are preserved
has not been used and has no signs of consumer use: scratches, chips, abrasions, stains
if the product was packaged in disposable blister packaging, it is accepted if the packaging has not been opened
fully equipped and in original packaging
Description of the product of poor quality:

Have been used
Product with defects
Product with incomplete set
Item with scratches, chips, stains, cracks
Damaged labels, seals, packaging integrity
Products of poor quality that do not comply with the above points cannot be exchanged or returned.

Returns and exchanges of goods are carried out through the Novaya Poshta delivery service at the buyer's expense.

1. Fill out the product return form

Don't forget to include your contact details, TTN number and order number for which you received the goods.
2. Pack the goods

Make sure your product is of good quality
Place the item in its original packaging. If the product consists of several parts, you must return the entire set.
Make sure that nothing is lost and that you are returning the item in the configuration in which you received it.
If you purchased an item with a gift upon return, you must provide the entire set (item along with the gift). Otherwise, the nominal value of the gift will be deducted from the refund amount.
3. Address for returning goods

4. Payment for delivery of return or exchange of goods:

If the buyer receives a defective product that is not complete, the company will compensate for the costs of returning the product.
If the buyer does not like the product or changes his mind, the cost of return shipping upon return will not be reimbursed
5. Refund for goods

In the received and printed return form, indicate the card number and full name of the bank card owner in Ukrainian
Funds will be returned to the card you specified within 2–7 days after we receive and inspect your return.
6. Exchange of goods

Exchange orders will be shipped within 2-7 business days after we receive your return.
The Express Invoice number will be sent via SMS or Viber notification.
