An exchange of goods of proper quality is carried out if it has not been used and if its presentation, consumer properties, seals, and labels have been preserved. Therefore, if, for example, you purchased a product, used it and used it for its intended purpose, then you will not be able to return the product, since it is already a used product.

This is stated in Article 9 of the Consumer Protection Law.

It is not possible to return an already used product unless it is defective.
